The Greater Vancouver Area, includes the City of Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Anmore, Belcarra, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, Richmond, Delta, Surrey, White Rock and Langley.

The Sunshine Coast region, includes Gibsons, Sechelt, Roberts Creek, Halfmoon Bay, Madeira Park, Garden Bay, Egmont and Hopkins Landing. I own property in Egmont, British Columbia and frequent my vacation property in the spring and summer, mainly from Friday to Monday.
